OhMyStinkingHeck, we love these potatoes. Ok, I really just love potatoes, but these are over-the-top fabulous! AND, they fit right in with my budget cooking. And they are easy.
What do you need?
Yukon Gold Potatoes
Package of Grill Mates Zesty Herb Marinade mix
Green Onions, chopped
Slice your potatoes and place in a greased cast iron skillet. If you want to use something other than a cast iron skillet just drizzle with olive oil. I make these both ways but prefer the cast iron skillet method.
Sprinkle the grill Mates seasoning over the potatoes and give them a stir.
Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top and bake on 400 degrees for an hour.
They really are that simple!
