There are many reasons that I love Publix. 1.) They like you almost as much as I do…and they want to give one of you a $25 giftcard. 2.) They have some great deals and everyday prices. 3.) They always have great recipes and information about food to make your life easier, happier and healthier! 4.) It is always CLEAN! There is nothing worse than going into a grocery store, where you buy your food and it be dirty and smell funny. Make sure that when you visit Publix to ask at the Customer Service Desk for that weeks coupons. They have flyers with store coupons to make your shopping trip even more economical. Also make sure to print coupons from the site mentioned below and then paired with manufacturer coupons you will get some great deals! AND, to get even better deals…they accept competitors coupons! Talk about racking up some deals, this is the place!

We hear about the health benefits of shopping the perimeter of the grocery store all the time. Fresh fruits, vegetables, meats…you know all the good stuff!  To celebrate the wonderfulness of the perimeter…Publix has a great event coming up! Starting April 24th, shop the perimeter of the store and load up your cart with fresh delicious produce and meats. Then, head into the aisles to complete your meals with condiments and sides. When you purchase participating products, you can save on store brand items such as bagged salad, chicken breasts, eggs and fresh fruit. What am I going to be buying? My list includes avocados, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, tomatoes, corn, sweet potatoes and onions. I can’t wait to cook up some delicious goodies I have been craving!

Feel That Cool and Attractive Breeze

I am not sure about other folks, but I personally have to have a fan going at night. I like the breeze, I like the noise. We had a traditional box fan in our bedroom. It has been a fixture there for years. A trusty, although loud friend through hot southern summers. Offering up a miniscule amount of relief if you stood directly in front of it when the weather was so stifling hot that you could barely stand to breathe. A comfort to the ears on winter nights when you just needed to move a little air around a house battened down tighter than Fort Knox. Most feel that fans are a seasonal product, but we use ours year round.

The thing I didn’t know, was that there was a better fan. One that provides a more even air flow. One that doesn’t sound like windows rattling. One that is almost dang near perfect. I am so in love with this new fan. It is just enough white noise to make me happy but not keep Bric up all night. And moves enough air that I don’t wake up in the morning soaking wet from night sweats but it doesn’t freeze Bric out of the bedroom. What do I really like about this fan? Everything. But my favorite features are all of the different settings, the remote control, and that it is quiet. I like that it isn’t huge, bulky and ugly. The only thing I would personally change about it, is that I would make it taller. Our bed is really high and we have to set it on a stool But with an adjustable base that would raise and lower the height, it would be PERFECT!
