I am absolutely addicted to Old London’s Bagel Bites. I LOVE those things!! Shhh, don’t tell but I hide them. If I didn’t Tate would eat them all…and well, I would rather eat them all. Seriously, a 15 year old boy is like a giant garbage disposal and all the food quickly disappears when they are around. So, I hide my favorite snack.

Lots of people use Old London Bagel Chips and Melba Toast/Snacks in recipes. Mine never really last that long…because I have the terrible habit of eating them straight out of the box…and eating the whole box. But, every time I buy a box of the Melba Snacks I say I am going to make these. And maybe share. It just hasn’t ever happened. One day the planets may just align and give me some self-control but I am not holding my breathe just yet. They have lots of other recipes you can check out on their website too. I just happen to love lemon!
