Sometimes in life I am totally clueless about what is going on around me. My excuse is always that I am so busy that I don’t have time to notice but the cold hard truth is that I just don’t pay close attention. There is an old saying that ignorance is bliss and while that saying it so true in my case most days it could be better said that:

“Not only do you not know nothin’, but you don’t even suspect nothin’”

I like living in my own little world, clueless about what’s going on. It suits my purposes well. It isn’t that I am a dimwit, it’s just that I don’t have time to pay attention  to a lot of non-sense. You know, stuff like the fact that I need to check out some Lipovox, or that my floor has needed to be mopped for over a week (please don’t tell anyone that). I do pay attention to what matters though. Like when my best friend needs me to call just to say Hi because she is having a bad day.

It’s all about priorities.
