I haven’t written about it in awhile but I am still working towards a healthier version of me. I gave up on the Zumba though, it just about killed me. I am sticking to the treadmill…it is much more my pace and I don’t have to worry about making my body move in ways that were designed for a size 2 person with coordination that I have never possessed.
One of the things that I have had the hardest time with is snack foods. When I snack I typically want crispy, salty type items. Yep, like chips. So in my quest to find something satisfying I found out about Old London. The Roasted Garlic Melba Snacks are my favorite!! Solves my craving, is filling, and tastes great. All of their snacks that I have tried are really good though…the kids particularly like the bagel chips.

One of the things that I have found with Melba toast is that they make great little sandwiches. Add a piece of turkey and some Swiss cheese between two Melba toast slices and you have a great healthy snack that is super quick and easy to throw together.
