I have a friend who is currently in a Marketing class and she has a marketing project that she has been working on. They had to create a new product. How cool is that for a project? Their product is an energy drink and she has created a survey so that they can gain more information as to why people like or do not like energy drinks. She has asked if it would be possible for you my dear readers to participate in a survey about why people do or do not consume energy drinks and what they are looking for in energy drinks. Would you take a moment to help a college kid out? We would greatly appreciate it.

This survey is for people who drink energy drinks.

This survey is for people who do NOT consume energy drinks.

Thanks again for all of your help!

I have been using several e-mail companies to send out my bulk email marketing. I have heard that iContact is the best option out there for anyone who wants to send out email newsletters. They have great inbox deliverability, an extremely easy to use interface, great prices that start at $9.95 per month, lots of templates, and also include surveying, autoresponder, and blogging capability from the same application at no additional charge. Has anyone ever used them? What are your thoughts?

They say that iContact is an easy to use email marketing, surveying, autoresponder, and blogging tool that allows small businesses, non-profits, and associations to easily communicate online with their customers, prospects, and members.

They take care of managing bounces and unsubscribes for you. They also take care of making sure your message gets to the inbox of your recipients through their ISP relations, feedback loops, and whitelist status. This sounds perfect for an email newsletter.

The company currently has over 15,000 customers and 100,000 users. The product is used primarily by small businesses but also has a number of Fortune 500 companies like Bank of America, Ford, Nissan, Super 8 Motel, and International Paper, and political campaigns like Barack Obama ‘08. The company is based in Durham, NC and was founded by Ryan Allis and Aaron Houghton in 2003.

iContact is working to change the way businesses and non-profit organizations communicate online by making it really easy to manage all online communications from a single web application. But I think this tool would be perfect for bloggers as well but I would like some feedback if anyone has used it. And, if like me you are looking for any easy and inexpensive way to put your emarketing on autopilot and get great deliverability, check out iContact. AND, You can try a 15 day free trial of iContact at www.icontact.com.

I have been cleaning up a little around here. Cause you know Spring is in the air. And cleaning up makes things smell nice. I have more to do and you may notice little things, but it will be nothing major. I am not moving the furniture around, just dusting and washing windows.

However, I can’t find my list of people I wanted to put on my blogroll. So, if your a regular and you want to be there please tell me. If your not a regular and you want to be there…you can tell me too. If I can figure out how to get the scrolling badge thingy mabob on there and working at the same time…then we will also need to talk badges. Or maybe I could do a friends page and put all the badges there. Hmmm, that might be an option. Because the scrolling badge thingy mabob…it is a booger and doesn’t seem to want to work. Ok, so if you want your badge displayed…e-mail me the code please.

Also, if you would like to sponsor this site by advertising your product or site that is going to be available very, very soon. So, if you want to be one of the first, let me know and we will discuss it further.
