Traditionally puddings in a cup are not organic. Or soy. But now you can have that alternative with Zen Soy. The Zen Soy line of products are available nationwide..I found mine at Whole Foods.

ZenSoy Pudding is free of dairy (no eggs, lactose or casein), free of nuts and also gluten. Low in fat and full of vitamins and minerals. AND….Tastes GREAT!

I love the Chocolate. And the Banana. And the Vanilla. And the Chocolate Vanilla Swirl. Ok, so I really liked all the flavors.

ZenSoy products are all natural, healthy and are made from soybeans, which contain significant amounts of isoflavones. These isoflavones, or plant estrogens, show substantial health benefits in helping to lower cholesterol. Welcome To Eden

Eden Organics that is. I am trying my best to steer away from all of the over-processed foods. I am trying to go as natural as I can for many different reasons. Health being the number one. I think that we have come to a time that we put so many chemicals in our bodies that we are just asking for trouble. Yes, it is easier to buy foods that way. Yes, it is cheaper to buy foods laden with chemicals that have been processed. Yes, they will last until your great grandchildren’s children die. But what do they do to you  and your body? What do they do to the health of our children? It is scary. Our bodies should have so many preservatives in them at this point that we should be preserved for generations to come.
