I love anything citrus and use limes and lemons in many dishes around here and as a marinade for lots of stuff.
Gather up your ingredients. I forgot to set out the olive oil, the red pepper flakes and the cumin. Ooops, but I did add them in when your supposed to.
Add all the ingredients (except the pork chops) together in a bowl or dish and whisk vigorously.
Add the pork chops and marinate for 2 or more hours.
You can then bake, grill or fry the chops and serve with your favorite sides.

GARLIC CITRUS PORK CHOPS
Boneless Pork Chops
1/2 Cup Lime Juice (or lemon juice)
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Whisk all ingredients together and add pork chops. Marinate for at least 2 hours.You can then grill, bake or fry these. They turn out great any way you choose. If baking: 350 degrees for 30 minutes. If frying: Medium/High heat for 4 minutes per side.Print This Post
