…of the year. At least for most of us. It is my wish that you will each pick one person to do something kind for. There are so many people hurting and suffering this year and it only takes a moment to do something nice. Give a coat or a blanket to a homeless person. Buy someone having a horrible day a cup of coffee. Or simply smile at someone who looks like they could use it.
Remember, it is the simplest of things that can mean the world to someone else.
I am very blessed this Christmas to have a wonderful family and awesome friends that surround me. They lift me up on a daily basis and are there for me anytime I have what I consider a crisis. I met someone today. A very young someone who has changed me in a very profound way. She is a wise young lady at the tender age of 7 facing things that most of us do not have to face until much later in life and staring others things in the face that we will never see or could even imagine. As we talked about Christmas she asked that I pray for a miracle and believe with all of my heart. And yes, I do believe and I will hope and pray and I will ask you to do the same.

So, during this magical time of year, when wishes come true and hopes are realized I ask that you simply believe. Believe for a little heart that faces being broken and dreams shattered way before her time. Believe for all of the people around you that need for you to believe on their behalf because they face mountains that look unmovable. I believe.
