It’s Back to School we go. Many of you have already sent your kids off to school, some of us are still getting ready. I remember growing up and being all excited about the first day back. Making sure my clothes were just right, excited to wear a new pair of shoes, all those new school supplies tucked away in my brand new backpack. But as a parent, I have always felt differently. I mean DANG, it is expensive getting kids ready for that first day back, and add in all the supplies that the teachers now ask you to send it is even worse.
Then, I was hit with the college years. OhMyGoodness. I was kinda blind-sided by that one. I mean, Yes, I knew it was expensive, but WOW, I was still not prepared. Tuition, Textbooks, Parking Pass, Student Fees, Food, Laundry Supplies, Cleaning Supplies, Dorm Gear. It was like paying for school, and renting an apartment that had to be furnished and maintaining 2 households all in one!
And the thing about trying to get a kid ready for college…you just don’t think about all the little things they are going to need. It never dawned on me that she would need cleaning supplies. I did think about the laundry supplies thank goodness. But stuff to clean with? Nope, went right out the window with all my other common sense as I was trying to prepare myself for all that empty-nest stuff.
But this year…Sam’s Club is here to help with their Back to Class bundles!!
They have several packages of supplies that students (or any household) can use, bundled into one easy package to order that will also save you money. Here are a few of the ones that are available:

1 Clorox Disinfecting Wipes Variety Pack
1 Lysol Disinfectant Spray – 3 pk.
1 Tide HE Laundry Detergent
1 Bounce Fabric Softener Sheets
1 Swiffer Dusters
1 Kleenex Cool Touch Tissues – 3 pk.

1 SwissGear Laptop Daypack – Blue
1 12 Pack of Letter Sized Sams Writing Pads
1 14 Pack of Pilot G2 Black Retractable Gel Roller Ball
1 72 Pack of Papermate Mirado Woodcase Pencils
1 24 Pack of Sharpie Accent Highlighters
This 8-piece room organizer is ideal for dorm rooms or small bedrooms.
Sam’s Club takes some of the stress out of heading back to class with pre-assembled bundles that include all of the necessities your teen needs. From cleaning/laundry to school supplies to room organization, Sam’s Club provides all of the items on your list in a single, affordable package. With the high cost of tuition, room and board, textbooks and more, college often becomes overshadowed by a rising bill. Sam’s Club wants to help families this year by offering college supplies at an affordable price. And trust me, you are going to want to save every nickle, dime, penny and dollar that you possibly can!
