OhMyStinkinHeck!!! This is about the best chicken I have ever had. It is sweet with a little spicy. Wrapped in bacon. Drizzled with honey and balsamic vinegar. I mean really, how much better can you get?

I used 3 very large chicken breast and cut them into pieces. A package of bacon, my special rub (with brown sugar added in), honey and balsamic vinegar.

Cut your chicken into strips, roll in the rub mix and then wrap with a slice of bacon.
It’s a little messy, but oh so worth it!

LIGHTLY drizzle with honey and LIGHTLY sprinkle a little balsamic vinegar.
It doesn’t take much, just a drizzle and a sprinkle.

Bake on 400 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Ohhh my goodness, take about delicious!
You can alter the spiciness by how much cayenne you put into the rub. And if you don’t have cayenne, just use chili powder.

Cut each breast into strips, season all the chicken with the rub, then wrap a bacon slice around each piece and place into an oven proof dish….make sure you spray the dish with non-stick cooking spray. Lightly drizzle with honey and then sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is nice and brown and crispy.

This sounds Wonderful!! tried to get the rub recipe but it didn’t work, is it posted somewhere else?? I’d love to make this tomorrow for dinner!!!
I fixed the link Marianne, if it still doesn’t work for you it is listed in the recipe section under The Rub Down. It is near the top of the list. Hope that helps!
