Seriously! This is it!

Get out of that chair and get moving. If your goal is to get your house in order go clean out a drawer and organize it. If your goal is to loose weight go walk around, do an exercise video or look on the internet for chair exercises. Trying to quit smoking? Grab a glass of water instead.  Grab an acoustic guitar and learn to play. Learn something new today. Just DO something that will help you achieve your goal.

I have achieved several of mine. I have gone down 2 pants sizes, I have gotten my house clean and am working on the organization part of it, I am spending more time with my family in more of a quality way and I am working on several other projects that will improve some aspect of my life.

What are you doing?

Remember the choices that you make today will affect the outcome of tomorrow.
