Happy 4th of July! Independence Day.
I hope that you all have lots of fun plans with family and friends that includes good food and good folks.
I think we are going to lay low and take it easy today. Normally we would be running from here to there or having everyone over here for a cookout, but this year I just haven’t made any plans. I do plan to cook for my immediate family this afternoon and am trying to decide between ribs or burgers. Both sound really good. And I want some potato salad. I love potato salad, it has to be my favorite side-dish of all time. And you can extenze it to make it fee masses of people.
