My claim to fame is that I know all kinds of fact, figures and information. None of it is that useful really. Just the most important things you will never need to know. Like the fact the 25, 000 people died building the Panama Canal. Makes you wonder if they provided Life Insurance huh?
The most dangerous job is commercial fishing. With 142 deaths per 100, 000 Discovery hit it right with their hit TV show – The Deadliest Catch. Most of those deaths are the result of slips and falls overboard. Hope they carry Funeral Insurance. Other jobs that are high on the danger list are pilots, aircraft engineers, logging, etc.
One thing that most people are terrified of is a shark attack, but there are only about 100 per year on average world wide. Deer are the most dangerous animal to humans in America. In 2007, 223 people were killed when their cars struck a deer compared to only one person in the country being killed by a shark.
See, I told you…lots and lots of crazy information floats around in my head. I can give you many reasons to look into Life Insurance Quotes.
But, as I said…none of it is that useful. It does SOMETIMES come in useful to know some crazy fact or figure to spout out…but mostly people just look at you like you are weird and wonder why in the heck you would know something like that.
