During the last few days leading up to Valentine’s Day, Walgreens will transform their 26,000 beauty advisors into “Personal Gift Advisors” to help last-minute shoppers find the right gift – from popular fragrances and cosmetics, to candy, cards and cute plush toys. So make your special someone’s heart melt with Valentine’s Day essentials from your local Walgreens. Not sure where a store local to you is? Use their Store locator.
Did you know? A recent report from the National Retail Federation shows that couples plan to spend less on each other this year; forecasted to spend an average of $63.34 on gifts for their significant other vs. $67.22 last year. Walgreens provides a great value to those who are on a budget this year and the advisors can show you how to be savvy on your spending.
As a special Valentine treat this year Walgreens is offering you the chance to win a $25 Walgreen giftcard. To enter just leave a comment stating what you would love to buy for your special someone at Walgreens this year. All entries must be received by NOON EST Thursday Feb. 11th, 2010. All enrties must have a valid US mailing address. Winner will be selected by random drawing.

It’s cold here and my sweetie keep borrowing my Bed Buddy (back wrap that warms in the microwave), so I’d buy him one of his own and a box of chocolates to “sweeten” up the deal.
Walgreens is a store you can count on to be open when you need them and to have a selection of gifts and necessities to fill all your needs.
