Our tradition started when I was a little girl. We were allowed to open just one gift on Christmas Eve. That gift was always some new PJs to wear that night and for Christmas morning. I carried that tradition on to my children. My adult daughter has now carried it on to my granddaughters. And my young daughters always look forward to it too. 3 generations later we carry on the cuddly/cozy tradition.

My favorite tradition is getting together with family…We all have such busy lives that it’s hard to connect during the year, but around the holidays we all get together and are able to catch up on eachother’s lives…

We let the kids open one present Christmas Eve and the rest of their presents Christmas Day.

When we go out to look at the lights on Christmas eve, Santa drops off pj’s, dvd & snacks as a pre-quel of things to come. It’s fun being the fave.

Both sides of my parent’s families get together at their house for a holiday pig-picking. It is the only time of the year that everyone is together and I get to see all my aunts, uncles, and cousins in one place. We love it!
