Our favorite summer activity is camping (anywhere near water)!

We love whitewater rafting down the Ocoee River in TN. Miles of challenging class III and IV rapids. The Ocoee River flows through a beautiful gorge surrounded by the Cherokee National Forest. The experience is action packed and great fun for the whole family! We also like to go during the week, when the dams are closed and the water level is down. Then we visit the Blue Holes near the Ocoee Olympic Center, picnic and swim! Our kids are always asking to go again.

This summer we went to Orlando, FL to Universal Studios while we were in town for my Tupperware Jubilee Convention. The kids had an exciting and fun time. And it was well deserved vacation since we have not been able to go anywhere for 11 yrs or so. On the norm though we usually have fun days with a crawfish boil or bbqs. It is always nice to have a gathering and rent a fun jump or slip and slide for the kids too.
