This was my grandmother’s recipe. Mmmm. It is go good on a warm day, sitting on your porch snacking away.
1 can french green beans, drained
1 can english peas, drained
1 onion, sliced thin
3 sticks celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
Mix it all together with a fork and then add:
1/2 cup corn oil
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
Mix it all together and refrigerate for at least 48 hours. Then drain it and start munching away. Enjoy!
