I don’t know if these have a name or not. And I don’t have this recipe written down anywhere. It comes straight from my memory of helping my Grandmother make them for years, then making them on my own with my children. It happens to be The Princess’ favorite thing that we make. And a close favorite for Smartypants as well.
1 box of Ritz crackers
1 jar of peanut butter
1 package of white chocolate blocks
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler. While chocolate is melting take 2 crackers and fill with peanut butter to make a sandwich. Dip each “sandwich” into the white chocolate and place on waxed paper to cool. Repeat until all the white chocolate has been used.

These are really good made with milk chocolate too and also, whole graham crackers are REALLY good dipped in milk chocolate. They are just as good as the Keebler chocolate cookie thingys that I cannot remember the name of right now. lol!
I love how you had the recipe stored in your ‘memory’ file along with your grandmother. Sounds like you’ve been busy in the kitchen since you were a young one … and now you let YOUR kids enjoy the kitchen with you. I’m definately trying this No Name Goodness!
One of my friends makes these all the time. I can’t remember what she calls them, but its some insanely cute name.
These are Nick’s favorite as well
I tired thr orange balls yesterday and OH wow are they yummy! I am so not saying just how many I ate all by myself.lol
I wonder if you could substitute the crackers with Vanilla Wafers?
Mmmm But I think I would use regular chocolate, because I do not like the sweetness of White Chocolate………
I really need to get busy and make some stuff like these with the kids…
