I have to make a dish for Mr. Technosavy to take to work on Friday. It was asked that we do a dessert. So, this is what I have come up with. I made it several years ago and everyone loved it but tucked it away and forgot about it, until now. It is a recipe from Pillsbury, it is easy, fun and delicious. What more could you ask for?

Halloween Cookie Pizza:

1 (18 oz) package sugar cookie dough

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup candy corn

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup raisins

Icing:

1/4 cup vanilla ready to spread frosting

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12-inch pizza pan with foil and grease the foil. Cut the cookie dough into 1/4 inch slices and arrange on the greased foil-lined pan. With floured fingers press the cookie slices to form a crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 30 minutes or until completely cooled.

Using the foil lining, lift the crust from the pan, carefully remove the foil and place the crust on a serving tray or platter. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the crust. Sprinkle evenly with the candy corn, chocolate chips and raisins.

Melt 1/4 cup of the frosting in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until it becomes thin. Drizzle the icing over the cookie pizza. Can be cut into wedges or squares.
