2-4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 can of diced tomatoes with green chiles
(or a regular can of diced tomatoes and one small can of green
chiles)
one pkg taco mix for chicken (don’t use the regular beef kind )

Spray the crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
Put chicken in bottom,
mix together tomatoes with chiles and taco mix.
Cook for 4-6 hours on low

Put in flour tortillas as usual and top with your favorite toppings…like guacamole, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, etc.
