Ok, so perhaps that is a lie. I’m sorry. I should have said ONE of my favorites sandwiches. Because while I do love this one…I also love roast beef with bbq sauce on onion rolls. And a regular pulled pork bbq on a hamburger bun. Oh, and grilled chicken with bacon and cheese on a bun.
But, this one…this one is really good.
You will have to try it. Especially on this new bread I found.
I LOVE these little rolls. They are perfect for a sandwich and they are so tasty. My new favorite!
REUBENS:
corned beef (from the deli) sliced thin or shaved
provolone cheese
spicy mustard
Sauerkraut
Rolls or Sourdough bread
I just saute my kraut in a fry pan and in another pan heat up my corned beef. Spread some mustard on both sides of the bread, layer with the corned beef, cheese and kraut. There ya have it. Wonderful morsels of an easy meal!

Did not find the Cobblestone brand but a different brand and got the other fixins as well. So Rueben’s it is tomorrow night for dinner! YUM… I like reading your post as it gives me ideas for dinner! LOL…
The sandwich looks yummy. I really like Reuben’s but hard to find them down here made like they are in N.C. Saw that bread at big box store last night also. Thought about trying but changed my mind–now I’ll have to go back & get some to make my own Reuben’s. should have read post earlier–could have gotten while there this A.M.

Wow I have never even thought of putting sauerkraut on a sandwich. My favorite is a ham and cheese with cucumbers and tomato, put in the toaster oven.
Mustard! Dont you mean BBQ sauce? LOL… We like Ruebens in this house too! Will check out that bread. We love Ciabetta bread…
On ruebens we use swiss cheese though and I have heard of Thousand Island dressing instead of mustard but we have always used the mustard. Will try the Thous. at some point though…
