A wonderful sweet salad that tastes like dessert!

1-20oz can pineapple tidbits
1-11oz can mandarin oranges
1 small pkg lemon instant pudding
1 cup quarted strawberries
1 cup sliced bananas

Drain pineapple and oranges, resserving liquid. Prepare pudding, using liquid from the fruit in place of milk. In a bowl, combine pineapple, oranges and strawberries and gently fold in pudding. Chill for at least 2 hours. Add bananas just before serving.

A great salad for days like today! It is hot here. So cool and refreshing sounds like heaven at this point.
