Sarah specifically asked for a spinach casserole recipe, this is one of many variations that there are out there. If you know that it had for instance cream of mushroom soup in it, I will send you that one. But without knowing which version you like I thought I would just give you my favorite. I hope you enjoy!

EASY CREAMED SPINACH CASSEROLE

2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thawed

1 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cup imitation bacon bits (or real)

1 stick butter, melted

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (not grated)- save 2 tbsp for topping

Mix all in greased casserole dish, sprinkle about 2 tablespoons shredded cheese on top, and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Enjoy.

  1. Thanks so much. The one my ex mil made I don’t think it had any cheese in it, and I think it had some kinda of breading. I woold just ask her but she is my ex mil and none of our family’s talk to each other.
