One of my all time favorite dishes is spaghetti salad. It is easy, takes very little cooking, is quick and delicious.

There are no exact measurements, just estimates. But that is the beauty of this dish, you don’t have to get it exact for it to be perfect.
1 pkg thin spaghetti noodles, cooked
2-4 tomatoes (depends on how many you want in the dish)
1 jar/can black olives, diced into fine pieces
1/2-1 onion, diced into fine pieces (depends on how many you want in the dish)
1/2 jar Italian salad dressing (depends on how much you want in the dish)
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. That is it. It can be served once done or it can be refrigerated to serve later.

I love spagetti salad. I’m thinking we have the same taste. I will have to scroll thru others to see what I have missed. And I’m thinking about some bbq sauce.
Sounds like a recipe I can do-especailly in the summer. I cracked open my barbeque sauce today and I must say I love it! I ate most with a spoon, but made some pork chops too. Thanks. Mr. Fix-it liked it too. I liked the sweet with a twang.
