We have worked really hard today, cleaning out, re-arranging furniture, etc. So I knew that we were going to want a quick and easy supper. Here is what I came up with:

I put a pork roast in the crock pot with some onions, garlic, salt and pepper, a little worstershire sauce and about 1/2 cup of water and let it slow cook all day. Then I shredded the meat and added some BBQ sauce and let it simmer for another hour. And here are the result:

BBQ is a favorite around here. Of course we do have the best BBQ sauce around, in our opinion. Notice the fine china…yeah, we go all out.

The BBQ looks yummy though I think you have given me supper for Sunday to go with those yummy cookies below.

  4. I thought the onions in the picture were marshmallows and I thought “what an awesome idea!”

Now that I realize they’re onions I’ll have to figure out how to put the marshmallow idea into action.

  5. I would have to look when I am starving!
