Can you say Yummilicious? Mmmm!
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter (NOT margarine), softened
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
2 TBSP brown sugar
3/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped pecans
Graham Crackers (I prefer to use the stick ones)
Mix the cream cheese, butter and vanilla until fluffy. Add in the sugars. Stir in the chips. Refrigerate until firm, form into a ball and roll in pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Well I know what the cream cheese in my fridge is going to reincarnate into.
That sounds really good. I just hope I can find it again when I get ready to make it. I love the strawberry’s at the top they look delicious.
